Clean Eating Habits With Keto Diet
Keto Diet – A Journal Today – I started my new diet – Not just for ‘Weight Loss’ but in a clean sweep attempt to change other areas of my life as well – such as trying to rid myself of the lethargic way I feel. Better control of my IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), not something everyone wants to discuss but extremely painful to most sufferers, including myself. And to change those ways I have done some research on several diets and decided to try the Keto Diet. I stumbled across this form of diet from SlimmerFoods.com – It seemed to make sense, as it doesn’t really require you to stop eating, like most diets do but to change the way you eat in a more controlled and clean way of the type of foods I/we should all be eating. So rather than curl up on the sofa at the end of the day and watching my favourite programmes on T.V. I am also taking up some exercise and cutting back on those non nutritional snacks such as crisps (Chips U.S.) It won’t be easy as I am talking about a health style change here and not just swapping out some foods which we all know are bad for us, so bear with me as I update my Keto Diet Journal each and every day to let you, Dear Reader, know how I am getting on and well is it worth it and of course does the Keto Diet really work as so many have claimed.
